Nashville Star Finalist Sheila Marshall - is a native of Nacogdoches, TX a small community deep in the heart of east Texas. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of gospel, rock and roll and country music Sheila developed a voice true to her surroundings. After college Sheila found herself working full time and spending countless hours writing and rehearsing with her first band and although the band lasted only a year Sheila made the choice to chase her dream. Before long Sheila found herself in the studio working on her very first CD. During this time the road became her home. Sheila traveled and performed an average of 50 weeks a year, her music took her around the world. Sheila has toured to places such as Asia where she performed for our troops returning for leave from the war in Iraq, A European tour that ended in France, then went on to play Alaska, Hawaii, and across the U.S. and back. During this time Sheila released an acoustic EP and gained a sponsorship from Budweiser which brought national recognition. Sheila continued writing new songs, perfecting her stage show and building a large following. Shelia came in 8th place recently on "Nashville Star" out of 30,000 contestants.  Sheila has released two CD's "Beautiful For Situation" an acoustic EP and "Makes Perfect Sense" and is currently working on a third CD for 2006 .   Learn more about Shelia at www.sheilamarshallband.com





Badlandz - is a high energy, Progressive Country group made up of some of the hardest playing musicians around. Brian Loftin and Texas Reflections - Brian performs New Country and Texas Country cover tunes as close to the original as possible.  His band adds 1-2 new top 40 songs per week keeping their set list current. Brian's performance is enhanced by band member, Cass Hunter's ability to sing many of the top 40 "female" songs.  This is a great dance band with lots of two-stepping, waltzing and rocking. Brian's fan base is quickly growing as many first time observers fall in love with his deep rich voice which many have compared to Joe Nickols, Josh Turner and Randy Travis.  Find out more about Brian at www.brianloftinband.com

David Glenn began taking new directions and reaching out to an incredibly diverse fan base, many of whom had never before listened to country music several years ago. David was among the first in Houston to court a youth market for country music.  With his vibrant stage energy and casual, working-class attire, he presents great showmanship.  His approach to country music has attracted fans of all ages and continues to do so today.  Additionally, David’s soulful southern ballads have stirred emotions in women of all ages, drawing large female audiences to his shows.  David’s upbringing on country, new country, gospel, bluegrass, rhythm and blues, rock -n- roll and southern rock has enabled him to perform with ease everything from Acuff to ZZ Top. The Captain Legendary BandRecently nominated for "Live Band of the Year" by the Texas Music Association, these talented musicians and vocalists, as well as gifted songwriters, consistently perform at high energy. They have shared the stage with Robert Earl Keen, Billy Joe Shaver, Cory Morrow and Django Walker. Their debut album, Those Songs, has been well received by their fans and had great reviews. Their “Kemah Bay” single is receiving air time on several Texas radio stations. The band has developed a loyal following, both in the South Texas area, as well as in South Louisiana. Bucko Ruckus - An assembly of four band members that have worked together over the years in many different bands around South Texas.  While being influenced by an eclectic group of artists they gravitate around original Texas/Americana music spanning from alt-country to rock-n-roll, blues, folk and everything in between.  Together they have established a unique sound while remaining deep rooted in the music that inspires many. Trey Clark has one of the hottest country bands in Houston.  He is performing at all of the elite clubs in town.  His style of country is new and refreshing.  In addition to some of his originals, Trey performs an extensive array of many of today’s Top 40 country hits.



David Brake and That Damned Band- David fronts his band with strong vocals and keyboards.  He often says "It’s all about the song," and whether the instrumentation is a full rock band at warp speed with slide guitar and fiddle weaving in and out of lush three part harmonies, or just solo voice and piano, he and That Damn Band seem to stay true to that statement. Call it a rock band with a fiddle, or Texas y’alternative. David Brake says, "I like that it can’t be categorized. Overall, it's rock--but it's country too. It just depends on the song."  Not only was David nominated for best new artist in 2004 by the Houston Press Awards, he was again nominated in 2006 for being the best Country Band.
